The service range covers the handling and repairing of small domestic appliances and extends to on-site repair at the consumers premises (for air conditioners and big domestic appliances ). In order to offer the best service for air conditioners we have built up a comprehensive network of after-sales service stations. This structure can be easily adapted to the needs of other commercial products that may necessitate fast and efficient servicing. All service manuals are available in the languages of the countries we supply to and training at our customers' premises can be provided for products that are more complicated to handle or sell (air-conditioning, …). Our background of many years of manufacturing tradition is helping us to prepare QC files in detail, evaluate products and have regular and detailed testing of incoming products to ensure total compliance. |
